This page (together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Website Use and Acceptable Use Policy) tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which we contract with you to be a member of our website (our site) and for the provision of advertising on our site.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

All data that we collect from you will be stored at a destination within the UK; European Economic Area (EEA).  By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION

How long we keep your information

We only keep your personal information for as long as you are a member of Pawmission, unless we believe in good faith that the law or other regulation requires us to preserve it (for example, because of our obligations to tax authorities or in connection with any anticipated litigation).

If you consent to marketing, the information we use for this purpose will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

Any other information you provide to us is deleted from our secure servers and any other third-party service providers’ servers where it might be stored once we have completed our contractual obligations towards you.

On termination of your account your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, proceeding a 5 day cooling off period.
